A recent Utility Audit at the 21 Unit 7th Horizons Condominium in North Miami led to the discovery of water leaks under the concrete foundation. The leaks are estimated to cost the condominium several thousands dollars per year. After the audit pinpointed the leaks, the condominium association acted swiftly to hire contractors to begin the process of stopping the leaks. This will return thousands of dollars per year to the condominium to make improvements to the property.
